Diversity Roundtable is working toward inclusion for all.

We provide leadership and promote strategies to achieve a culture that values diversity as evidenced by attitudes, policies and practices within Greater Lafayette (Lafayette, West Lafayette, and Tippecanoe County), Indiana.

The Diversity Roundtable (DRT) is committed to addressing dimensions of human diversity — with specific focus on those linked to conditions in our community that result from prejudice and discrimination. They may commonly include disability, gender identity, race, sexual orientation, and ethnicity.

Join the DRT

Attend the Diversity Roundtable (DRT) Meetings on the first Thursday of each month. Meetings are in a hybrid format, both in-person and on Zoom. By joining our email list, you will be informed about the meeting agenda, Zoom link, and other announcements of interest in the community. You can join our mailing list by Contacting Us.

Join or Use the I.D.E.A. Index

Use the I.D.E.A. (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access) Index to list yourself as someone who would like to give back to the community by serving on a local board. Working professionals can identify their qualifications in diversity to offer services to the local community. Boards can also use the I.D.E.A. index to identify diverse candidates who have the qualifications to diversity the organization.

Reach Out to Your HRC

Connect with the Lafayette, West Lafayette, or Tippecanoe County Human Relations Commissions (HRC) to participate in spreading diversity or filing a complaint about discrimination in the community.
